SchoolFusion has created a unique set of FusionPages, which were
designed to meet specific needs within your school community, such as
classroom groups, athletic groups, and private faculty & staff pages.
Each FusionPage type contains a basic level of functionality,
including a calendar (whose events populate each member's personal
calendar) as well as sections for announcements, files, and contacts.
Classroom groups and athletic team groups contain additional
specialized modules to assist in their specific usage. Any user can be
the administrator of a group, giving them complete control over the
content and look of the group's site.
The administrator of a FusionPage can fully customize each page,
including turning features on and off to best suit the needs of the
group. These features can then be moved on the page for the best
viewing. Group administrators can also add a background and a sound
file to their group pages, further individualizing each page.
FusionPages are a large part of the success of your website. They are how teachers will communicate with their
students and their parents. Teachers can post homework assignments,
and even upload reference files. Through the nightly email,
reminders are sent to students and their parents concerning all recent activity and events
occurring within any FusionPages that the student is a member of.
